Celebrate Black History Month and support local theater! Saratogian Eunice Ferreira is honored to serve as dramaturg on a new play by Rachel Lynett and work with the folx at Capital Repertory Theatre who commissioned it.

Henry Johnson: Ballad of a Forgotten Hero is a world-premiere play about local WW1 hero Henry Johnson: about our past AND the present - about young people who discover that there are many histories of African Americans that have not been part of their education - about cycles of  pandemics and racial strife - about finding joy and resilience in the rich contributions of African Americans to U.S. history. 

This 45 minute performance is an engaging play for all ages.

$11 Adults; $9 for Children 17 & under
