It's not enough to give a woman a fish. Instead, support her fishing net, rod and bait business and she can buy a house, send her children to college, and give other people opportunities. 

Black women, on average, have the lowest income of all demographic groups and account for less than 2.4% of American businesses.  Black women with children also encounter the highest eviction rates leading to homelessness.
