Free haircuts, backpacks, school supplies and a hot dog bar are just a few of the offerings for this year's Back to School Community Cuts and Cookout. The event is hosted and sponsored by the Frederick Allen Lodge #609 at 69 Beekman Street in Saratoga. Amy Brower and friends will be on hand to give kids a free haircut.
